Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PseudoStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Educational Use Only
PseudoStudio is provided as an educational tool to assist with learning programming logic. While we strive for accuracy according to standard computing syllabuses (such as Cambridge and IB), we make no guarantees that code executing correctly in our environment will result in specific grades or exam outcomes. The user is ultimately responsible for verifying syntax against their specific curriculum guidelines.
3. Service Availability and Data Loss
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but PseudoStudio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for any temporary downtime, data loss, or server errors. We strongly recommend users download important scripts locally using the provided "Download" feature.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to execute malicious code, attempt to breach our server architecture, or overload the Cloud Functions backend with automated requests or infinite loops intentionally designed to disrupt the service.
5. Changes to Service
PseudoStudio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
